The Patient Portal is a great tool to utilize. It allows you access to your children's immunization record, visit summaries, and lab results as well as allows payment for any outstanding balances, request appointment/medications, and can be used to send over forms and messages directly to the office staff.
*Please note there are age restrictions and HIPAA laws that must be followed by our practice. Once a patient is 18 years old, the portal access is limited for parents, and it is the responsibility of the patient to manage and access their chart via the portal.*
**Do not use the Patient Portal for emergencies.**
